EMILY MAGILL
Emily began "adulthood" young. At 16, she studied psychology in college in the morning while still in high school and worked on mortgages at night. She left behind her dream of being a psychologist to remain in the mortgage and finance world. Most of her career has been in Lending Management, as she is a licensed Principal Lending Manager (similar to a Principal Broker in real estate, but in lending).
She has experience as a landlord, assisting investors in accomplishing their real estate portfolio dreams and leadership, empowering Loan Officers in navigating transactions. More recently, she has worked assisting developers and business owners in taking their businesses to the next level.
In the last five years, Emily has been listed in Mortgage Executive Magazine three times as one of the Top 1% of mortgage professionals in the US. She genuinely loves assisting folks with all kinds of real estate financing. She enjoys the privilege of empowering consumers and investors to bridge the gap between their goals and accomplishing them.
