I wrote Reality Check because I discovered success isn’t what most people think it is. It’s not the highlight reel, the fancy office, or the perfect social post — instead it consisted of late nights, the breakdowns, the moments you question everything and choose to rise anyway. Success is what I learned about myself.
When I started my brokerage, I had no funding, no connections, and more self-doubt than I care to admit. I learned through hard knocks, failed partnerships, and impossible odds that leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about taking responsibility, standing in integrity, and showing up even when it hurts.
